Hudson Vallry Gym has been serving Peekskill and the surrounding communities since 1993 with all of their health and fitness needs.
Owner, Larry Gasparro, has been committed to a fitness lifestyle for over 30 years. A former competitive Olympic lifter, Larry is a Certified USA Weightlifting Club Coach. He has a thorouogh knowledge of weight lifting techniques and can help you develop a program specific to your goals. An avid cyclist, Larry is also a member of the "Million Meter" club on the rowing machine. A native to Peekskill, Larry is the son of the man who started the acclaimed "Larry's Baking Company" 50 years ago.
Larry built Hudson Valley Gym himself, including the beautifully tiled locker areas. His standards for cleanliness and excellence are reflected throughout the club.
